Not nearly effective as another brand I previously used.

I bought this brand because I needed something a little stronger than my previous brand. And this was a little less expensive. It has not really made much difference in my pain level, like the other one.

I am so grateful for this product. I use it to improve the quality of my sleep and it works wonders. I originally purchased a 250mg, then a 500mg before getting up to 1000mg and I think the 1000mg is a sweet spot for getting a good dosage while not having to repurchase constantly. Would recommend.
