I changed from CTFO to your product mainly because of the price. CTFO 500mg full spectrum is$50. 750mg is$91. Their shipping is $12. Your CBD is equivilent to theirs, but much more affordable. 1000mg for about $60, and $8 shipping is much easier on my wallet. The only thing CTFO has is a little better taste, but that's not worth the high gouging prices. Thank you. As to it effectiveness, I am a 70yo male with prostate problems. CBD is a big help.
I have been using this
I have been using this product for about 6 months. I get relief from arthritic pains & am also sleeping better. I tried the "plain" CBD Oil 1000mg & did not think it gave me the same results so I went back to the Full Spectrum Oil. I have been pleased with CBDistillery as they have been prompt in answering questions & the shipping has been very speedy.
The best product for anxiety I have tried but horrible shipping experience
The 1000mg Full Spectrum is my favorite to smooth out my extreme anxiety and allow me to be mindful of the moment instead of my mind wondering with worry and what ifs. I have tried a lot of CBD companies and their offerings and this strength specifically give my best results. There are a few other companies that make a close 2nd product but CBDistillery was my favorite, however, I have changed due to their poor shipping practices. I hope this changes since I feel they have the best product in their price bracket. (Note that I have not tried any product that is more than $80 per 1000mg bottle). Read on for details of the problem that needs attention; shipping is haphazard and the customer service department is an email account that at times seems to be written by an irrational but respectful AI bot. I have waited up to 17 days to receive a product with the UPS tracker marked as "shipping label created" but never updating to "Package received". I contacted the company through Email to let them know about this after several days of no change to the tracker. I got back very polite responses, within the day usually, stating they were changing over to UPS and to have patience. This went back and forth for 10 days before they agreed there was an issue and "resent" the order. Then I waited another 7 days with the same issue...new tracking number showing "shipping label created" never converting to "package received" by UPS. In other words, my order never actually left their facility even though their internal "system" showed that it had...twice. At this point, I told them to cancel the order and went shopping at my 2nd favorite company (I had the bottle in my hand from the different company in 3 business days). BTW, This also had occured once with USPS the month before but it was only an 8-day delay that time before they resent the product and I received it 5 days later (total of 13 days). So this happened twice out of 5 shipments, not a very good track record and I had to take the time to email back and forth way too many times for the AI bot... um person, to grasp what had happened. Could they not have followed up directly with the shipping dept to see if it actually did get shipped instead of telling me to have patience? They were polite, just not competent or bright enough to actually help save a customer...I have now switched to my 2nd favorite company that uses UPS 3 day ground for free and gives options to pay for overnight or 2-day air if needed and I have not had any problems after 3 orders. I tend to place an order every 2 weeks when I get paid. So I dont run out before my new shipment arrives I keep enough on hand to allow for around 5 business days or so for shipping. I think that is reasonable and since I can not find any "real" CBD locally it is my plan when budgeting. I also think it is reasonable to be able to count on the shipping department estimates of 5 business days or less so I don't run out while waiting. BTW, you need to update your shipping FAQ. And no, I cannot afford to stockpile in case the shipping is more than a few days late. All I want is the best product I can get for my money so please fix this so next time I or anyone else places an order it goes smoothly and we receive the order within 5 business days as you advertise.
