I've been interested in the various benefits of CBD oil for a long time now showing advancements in people with anxiety, depression, and especially pain that I considered myself to be an advocate of the substance. Little did I know that shortly after I would be shoved into a position where I was required to try alternative substances because of some considerable knee and lower back pain due to many years of working as a nurse in the operating room. I asked around and did a little bit of research and decided that instead of being confined to taking pain killers for these issues that I would try CBD oil - but only if it's from a source that can back it's dosages and the fact that it's THC-free. My order arrived, and I took my very first dosage (the recommended amount on the bottle) and after around 45 minutes of putting it under my tongue for several seconds an then swallowing something miraculous started to happen. The muscles in my lower back and both of my knee joints started feeling less pain. Only a few minutes after that and I started to feel like my old self, just a few years younger, with no mental fogginess or weird mental issues that I had been a little nervous about to begin with. I have tried some of the normal 'edibles' you can pick up at some stores but the vast majority of these are made from hemp seed oil which essentially contain no CBD and really aren't even labeled as such. I’ve been taking the CBD oil now, daily, for two weeks. I don’t notice anything significantly different. I don’t feel better or worse. However, I am hoping the CBD will assist with healing the broken bone in my foot by helping bone growth. If it only accomplishes that, then I’ll be happy. Maybe I’m not taking enough. I take 1 dropper per day.
