Great CBD product!

Dose question

Overall very pleased with this product. The only question I have regards dose. It says "1 dropper full" but I don't really know what that means since I can't get a full dropper in one draw of the tincture.

I need a cbd oil that relaxes me and helps me sleep. Neither of the one so far has worked. The first one I had to take 2 to 3 droppers full for it to work. The last one just key me up. I don't know what to do now.
