Well. Once you have purified 99% THCA, it doesn’t matter whether it was extracted from hemp or cannabis. It’s going to have the same effect once heated. The irony— Oleum Extracts in Seattle market these as “Wizard Stones” at $100 per gram. Not really worth it in my opinion. They’re really just a novelty
