It took me a couple
It took me a couple times to use to get used to them. But the 3rd time I tried it, I slept like a baby! It will absolutely put you into a deep sleep and be completely relaxed. Woke up just fine as well, the quality of these are really fantastic. Taste is just as good. I tried the huckleberry.
