Restful Night Bites

I’ve been taking one a night before bed and I fall asleep seemlessly and sleep through the night. They taste great, too!

I love the citrus flavor of these bites! They are just the right size, taste great and give me the best nights sleep. They pack a powerful punch so you definitely want to make sure you give yourself atleast enough time for a full nights rest (ie 8 hours). I take one and about 20 mins later, I’m off in dreamland. Great tasting little bite at bed time! I take these when my day is struggling to come to an end. It helps me relax and fall asleep quicker.
