Restful Night Bites

I switched from the regular Restfull Night to these Restful Night BITES. The extra melatonin helps me more to get a deeper & longer sleep. I even dream again - happy ones! They taste a little bitter. Take one before you brush your teeth. I wish they came in chocolate or something more tasty.
