Restful Night Bites

I love the flavor of these bites, fruity and earthy that makes it easy to relax and enjoy while chewing. I time myself taking one bite about 15-20 minutes before my bedtime, and I feel myself slowing relaxing and easily falling asleep. I get a better night’s sleep because they allow me to fall asleep (my mind races and I stay up late each night). Mind racing before bedtime, no more!

Haven't had a good nights rest in some time. Chewed one of these bites (which taste awesome) and slept solid for 6 hours. They did not make me feel groggy the next day. Definitely will be continuing use of these!

These are very tasty and I like combining one with the Restful night gels.

They're very tasty bites that sit on my nightstand, so I remember to take them at night. Perfect size. So far so good.
