I didn't realize there was
I didn't realize there was 2.5mg of THC per gummy, so my first night I was awake with racing thoughts( I don't mix well will THC). Since then I've been taking half a gummy per night and sleeping GREAT!! That's my experience, but to each their own. I'm will be purchasing again
