I have been using the Full Spectrum Restful Night Bites with 3g Melatonin for a few weeks now. It has really made a difference in my sleep. Helps me go to sleep after a hard day.

These are fantastic. At 71 have a hard time sleeping and have leg tremors. They calm my leg muscles down as I totally relax. Love them.
