Restful Night Bites

I don't have a problem sleeping so much, but sometimes I wake up and the mind just won't shut down, I started taking these at bedtime, unbelievable! I sleep so well, I truly feel much more rested. I feel much more relaxed heading to bed, sleep thru the night, and then wake up very rested! I will continue to purchase! And possibly give as Christmas Full Spectrum Restful Bites

I’ve usually had to depend on over the counter sleep aids, but thanks to these I have been able to stop. Now I only rely on these and am getting the same amount and quality of sleep each night.

These do what they are supposed to do (a good nights rest) but they make you sleepy VERY quickly. A little too quickly. I wish I had stuck with the No Worries or the Cloud Nine. They were perfect but these were less expensive so I thought I would give them a try :-/

I've had a hard time sleeping for awhile. I've tried other products that make me fall asleep fast but sleep fretfully during the night. These help me sleep throughout the night and actually feel refreshed upon waking!

Work’s quickly. Able to fall asleep much faster aunt stay asleep most of the night. No grogginess in the morning. Just ordered 2nd jar.

I use Restful Nights when I am not using "Lights Out". I have sleeping issues which are difficult most nights but TERRIBLE some nights. These are terrific for the most nights that I just need a little help to get to sleep and stay asleep. I subscribe and it is so worth the $.
