Did not help me at all for restful night sleep

I don’t know if I received a bad batch, but these were so bitter I gaged! I had only bit off 1/2 of the gummy thank goodness.

I’ve been taking these for about a year now and have never slept better. Smooth enough to help wind down at night, and effective enough to keep me asleep. No grogginess in the mornings ever. Love these gummies.
