One at bedtime calms me down so I can get good rest. I love these.

Working well enjoying my nights.

I have tried many different supplements to improve my sleep.....especially after traveling as I have a very hard time adjusting to different time zones. I've taken benadryl, melatonin, tylenol PM and none of them worked. I recently traveled from Hawai'i to the East Coast and my gummies came the day I traveled. I heard about this product on Jeff Lewis' radio show and thought I'd give it a try. I love these. I sleep restfully and had no grogginess when I woke up the next morning. The only thing I wish was that they offered a chew without the sugar. I am not a fan of sugary candy. To sleep well I'll deal with it. Try it and if you don't like No more sleepless nights

Started taking about two months ago. I honestly get the best nights rest. I take before bed, undwind and ready to sleep within an hour. They key for me is, if I need to wake up in the middle of the night, I can get right back to sleep which used to be the struggle. I just purchased more and have family and friends trying also.
