Good sleep without the grogginess
Since I was pregnant about 2 years ago I've struggled with sleep, either getting to sleep and/or staying asleep. Lights out definitely helps with both. It can be kind of strong so weeknights I just take half a gummy and weekends I'll take a full gummy. I get good sleep but am still able to jump up and go the next morning to tackle my 9-5 job and m Good sleep without the grogginess

Finally!
Finally I am sleeping. I go to sleep fairly quickly and I stay asleep until morning. I don’t wake up at 2 AM to go through my to do list or problems. I wake up to my alarm feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I’ve tried the Calm drinks, meditation, prescription meds and nothing makes me feel like this.
