I'm not a big pot
I'm not a big pot smoker (maybe a couple times a year at most) but I wanted something natural and healthy to use to help me sleep and this works great! I only take about 1/2 to 2/3rds of one gummy because a whole one gets me a little high. The mixture of CBD, THC, and Melatonin is great. After 30-45 min I'm feeling relaxed, calm and very comfortab I'm not a big pot
