I have tried many sleep aids but this is the only one that has helped so far. I have been cutting them in half after the first night because I felt it might be a little stronger than I prefer. The gummies are pleasant tasting but do leave an aftertaste. I plan on trying the Vena product that is a little less strong to see if they have an aftertast Lights Out for Sure
