This has been a game

Great, but 2 Strong for a Quick Bedtime
I got these b/c I'm a Jeff Lewis listener and I had to get on the band wagon. I've been using antihistamine each night to help lull and keep me asleep; which are my 2 biggest issues. I got the Restful Nights and tried that before Lights Out, so I could compare the two. Restful Nights handle my 2 issues perfectly. Gets me to fall asleep faster, kee Great, but 2 Strong for a Quick Bedtime
