First I Tried a free bottle only paid shipping so all is good there. Unfortunately this kept me waking up feeling restless and just not good! I’m sure it works for many just caused bad reactions for me.

After starting these gummies, I had about a week of uninterrupted sleep. So, at first, I was very happy with this product. The taste was bitter, but I eventually got used to it. However, after nearly finishing my first bottle, my sleep has gradually gone back to before - waking up several times during the night. The gummies don't even make me yawn Worked really well for about a week

They seem to work ok as far as inducing sleep, but every time I have used them, I wake up with a headache and a sluggish feeling like a hangover. Very unpleasant. I even tried a half dose, but same result. Yuck!
