This is perfect for a wind-down after a busy day. I like to have 1 gummy, make a cup of herb tea and read an hour or two before bed. For me, it's the perfect prescription to downshift my day and ease into the evening.

The taste takes a minute to get used to - it's both citrusy and you can taste the saffron which is a strange mix. But they are pretty darn good helping to calm my nerves and relax.

I call these my happy gummies because they lift my mood and make me smile.

These are probably the second best gummies I've ever had. They work very well and they don't taste so overly chemical-ly or weed-y like most do, which I hate. I use them to help me sleep so having effective, but still low dose, gummies is great.
