I cut them in half and relax in the evening. Taste isn’t spectacular, but not nearly as bad as some of the reviews suggest. I will buy again in the future.

Feels good but bitter.
The taste is bitter. Sugar coating helps but not much. I suspect you use lemon rind instead of oil or juice.
