They take these along with my vitamins in the morning.

I don't recall what the benefits were when using this product, but they do tend to make me sleepy. I don't need any help with that, but if it helps me get good sleep and stay asleep then it's a winner. I haven't tried them at bed yet, but I've tried them multiple times during the days. They don't help my pain as much as some of the other options though, and that is the main thing I'm looking for.
