I have a problem with arthritis and sleep this helps me relax and get some rest. I will be buying again..

I've tried Melatonin, up to 10mg, and didn't get regular satisfaction. These Moonwlkrs are more consistent = regularly producing a sense of relaxation. I'm now get hours several hours of sleep. And most importantly, feel like I'm more rested. I'm not having to deal with 2-3 hours and then waking up, only to get another hour, or 2, before waking up again. I'd say they're easily recommendable.
