I take Delta 8 gummies once or twice a week, usually becase i get under 6 hours of sleep per night. It helps me sleep 8-10 hours. I get a tolerance to the D8 real quick and if I take it two night in a row the second night is less successful. I have always found Moonwalker to be high quality and good tasting.

These gummies help so much with fibromyalgia flare ups. Highly recommended. The flavor is also very good.
