The CBD Gummies are helping me fall asleep faster, but I am waking up after 2 to 3 hours after taking the gummies. This was not happening before I started taking the gummies, but I am able to fall asleep and I feel rested when I wake at 7 to 8 in the AM. That is about 7 hours of sleep.

Helpful but not perfect.
The CBD and melatonin gummies don't seem to make me sleepy. However, once I fall asleep they are great at keeping me asleep. I have noticed a sounder and better sleeping pattern. So I would recommend them and will continue to use them as well.
