Helping my sleep
I have been taking the strawberry gummies for about 2 weeks. I fall asleep in about an hour but I still wake up around 2 or 3 am. I am hoping the longer I take them this will stop. There is no grogginess in the am also!

These gummies are great. I usually take two of the 25mg and I start to drift off not too long afterwards. As with all healthy gummies, I would just prefer that they were sugarless. Other than that, I just bought 2 more packs during the bogo sale! Thanks Medterra for always having great sales 😃
