Really works
My great granddaughter has always had problems sleeping. She is 6 years old. She would be up till 3 am most nights. After her first gummy she went to bed at 9 and slept 10 hours. Amazing and works the same every night.

Dose too low for me, may work for you though.
Not as effective as I had hoped, but I will say when I hear "It will put you to sleep ." I don't get excited since normally no it won't.
It made me sleepy, I did sleep a bit better. I plan on trying the 50mg next.
