It takes 2 for me
It takes 2 for me to get to sleep and staying sleeping for 5 hours, which for me, is a miracle. Some nights I don't sleep at all. One gummy helps me sleep for about 2 hours.

I find Sleep Tight to
I find Sleep Tight to be more effective than melatonin and easy to digest. It is a gummy so if you live in a hot climate, make sure you are ready to separate upon arrival as they were one large glob when opened.
