Waiting for some effect.
I don't know if it takes time for the ingredients to build up in your body but I have been taking one each night for 10 days and they have zero effect on my sleep.

I love how well these help me sleep! The taste on the other hand is not so great. Blackberry and lemonade are not a good combination in my opinion. That is the only reason they aren't getting 5 stars.

Sedating with morning headache
It helped me sleep quickly.
Unfortunately, I was groggy in the morning, with a headache. It took me several hours to fully wake up ( and 3 cups of coffee. I usually drink one). I’ll try 1/2 next time.
