Big fan. I take these whenever I feel I'm a little wired before bed- maybe 30-45 mins before I fall asleep, and they help me sleep through the night REALLY well with No side effects. I like the flavor and the fact that they aren't covered in sugar too-I prefer gummies without the sugar coating! Will

Although the taste is Not very good, they work very well. My husband requested these once he tried the Calming gummies, which I had purchased for myself, (Also a great product, but taste...Not so much!) He has been using the Sleep Tight gummies for awhile Now and is extremely happy with them.
