It would be 5 stars if the flavor were Not so bitter. I don’t kNow if it is the Passion flower or lemon balm or something else, but it tastes like grapefruit bitterness (I don’t like grapefruit) and that aftertaste sticks around. For efficacy tho 5 stars.

My problem with this is it's Not eNough cbd for me, but I can't take two because it would be too much melatonin

My sleep quality has been random and I don't see any change. A bit of THC would help but in the state of NC I dn't see much chance of that in the near future.
