The sleep tight strawberry gummies
The sleep tight strawberry gummies take 30 minutes to one hour to make me drowsy. I then fall asleep soundly for about two hours. I then wake up again and browse through the rest of the night. This is similar to my response to melatonin in general. Disappointing. But Not useless.
