I like the idea of

I like the idea of chewing a gummy that will help me be calm and fall asleep but these ones didn't really seem to work for me. I didn't mind that, as much as i did the unpleasant bitter aftertaste. The initial tropical fruit flavor was nice but Not eNough to cover the bitterness at the end.

I received a complimentary sample of this (5ct) and here is my honest review. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me at all. The first time i took it i took only one. It didnt work. Then I did two at a time. Still Nothing. It tastes fine,but thats about it. I wouldnt purchase
