Effective!
A product as good as it's claims. I get a deep uninterrupted sleep in about 20 minutes. Additionally, it seems to have reset my circadian rhythms after years of differing shift work. Which means I am not reliant on the gummies to get to sleep. It's a winn/win in my case.
