Great Stuff!

I LOVE this product!! I have literally tried too many to count, but this one actually works! It helps me relax enough to get to sleep & should I have to get up in the middle of the night, I fall right back to sleep once back in bed. Plus, it doesn't taste nasty!! :)

I had a chance to try this product and I have to say that it works well for me. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This product helps. I still wake up from time to time but I am able to fall back to sleep quickly and easily

This product is a two edge sword for me. It does help with my sleep, but the dreams that I experience through out the night are way too disturbing. It might be due to the melatonin in the product. Also, I suspect that dosage is not consistent due to the fact that on some nights it feels like it didn’t
