Amazingly effective…with a slight side effect

I was really Impressed with how consistently these help put me into a deep sleep but unfortunately it gives me a headache the next day (I think it’s the melatonin component as I’ve had a similar issue with melatonin supplements in the past) Otherwise, great sleep and I wake up rested without any hangover

Great Sleep without Grogginess

These really work - help me to sleep without any grogginess in the morning. I awake well rested. The only downside is the terrible after-taste, but I can get past that for the benefits of better sleep.
