Not fond of taste, but they work!

At first I did not like the taste at all & took one as directed, but that didn't help me sleep. The next time I took two and slept 7 hours which is great for me. I really am not fond of the taste of these, they have an after taste. I decided to keep them because they do promote sleep.

They don’t keep me asleep.

I fall asleep fast but don’t stay asleep. I wake up at about 2 am and can’t fall back asleep. I take 2 every night an hour before bed at 8 pm. Sleep for 5 hours then I’m wide awake.
