Good flavor though a bit stronger than expected - can't take any more than half a gummy or less at a time.

Taking one around 8:30PM, it slowly makes itself known as I feel my body relax and my brain starts to slow down. Intrusive thoughts disappear and by 10:30PM, after enjoying the pleasantness brought on by the watermelon sorbet (which tastes great too), I'm ready for a wonderful 7-8 hours of sleep.
