I am a bit on the fence about this product. While I did feel more peaceful, at first, after taking it, later on I began to feel "spaced out" and I couldn't remember what I was talking about during a conversation I was having with my sister. So, I'm not sure I liked that part of the experience. I'm 63

The first time I tried this I didn't feel the effects of this as much as I was anticipated, but I also had a slightly full stomach.. The second time I did feel it more. My intention is for relaxation and sleep and it definitely helped with this.
