best sleep ever after taking one of these just before going to bed. i sleep through to morning, which i normally am not able to do. awesome 😎

i’ve used melatonin and other otc sleep aids, but the knockout from five work better than anything else i’ve ever used.

flavor was kinda gross the first time but i slept really hard. better than taking just melatonin (it's hit or miss for me but these are pretty reliable). i'd recommend these for sure just chew really fast.
