i've been using the 5mg gummies for months now and they work better than any other product i have tried. i take 2 at 8pm and by 10 i am relaxed and ready to sleep. i fall asleep easily and have been getting 8+ hours of sleep a night now. before i was averaging 5. they taste great without any funny smell or aftertaste. the only thing i don't like i excellent product, poor packaging

usually takes 75mg + for me. 3 gummies had be out like a light and fast

i've learned to take them, usually half a gummie, at least half an hour before i'd like to sleep. i read until i feel sleepy and then i sleep through the night. they work great for me.
