one is enough for me. i even started doing half a gummie. it does the trick without needing to roll or worry about too much smoke around my kids. i suggest only using when in the house for the day.

five is my first experience with cbd and i am very please with this product, especially because it has thc in it. two gummies is good enough to get me through to the afternoon. they make me feel very relaxed. the only con is the taste. taste is not good at all as it tastes like thc. if the taste was improved these would be a 10/10 for me. 7/10 for i recommend

the flavors were good but if u have a high tolerance then ur gonna need more than just a couple to have any affect
