only thing that gets me to sleep.
these are the only things that have ever helped me sleep aside from from ambian which have tons of side effects. i’ve taken up to 10mins of melatonin with no sleep. these are a very low dose melatonin these gummies are the best.

2 of them does nothing, 3 is slightly relaxing an 4 is mildly feeling good. at this rate i would have to purchase too many. i'm better off going somewhere selling 25mg or more

best deal around
these gummy’s taste pretty good and they work great. i have been on auto ship for probably a year or so and cannot beat that deal anywhere! the shops are $35 and up for 10 candies. i just take one in the evening or when i’m stressed or just want to, and they give a nice mellow buzz.
