couldn't feel the effect of the tce in the gummies a little disappointed

help with relaxation for better sleep

i recently got the full spectrum with melatonin and i haven't slept this good (consistently) for years. best thing is i don't wake up groggy, but instead rested and ready to tackle my day.

the gummies have a good taste. i take a lot of other meds so i didn’t notice much difference in my overall well being, except i did feel more upbeat.

they work great for me, just wish you had maybe other flavor option like berry and citrus. but if you're someone who is unsure definitely try 2mg and then slowly move up to 5mg.
