these taste really good! they work well. they take the edge off i needed, i take them daily in small doses. if i want more of a calming effect then i take more and it works nicely. i'll be trying some more of five cbd products in the future!

fall asleep, not stay asleep
i had to take 3 gummies to get them to work for me. and they did a great job of putting me to sleep.
but my sleep quality was poor. i never got the deep restorative sleep, and i woke up ever 2-4hrs. and when i awoke, i had to pee at least one of those times, and i was so dizzy i was flailing all over the place. it was awful!
