i take two gummies about an hour before bed, and i'm getting more restful sleep. and they taste great! and if i still can't get to sleep after two gummies, one ml. of the cbd oil always does the trick.

i can feel the onset of a buzz very quickly when consumed after a meal. i've always been energized by thc and this is no exception. but now it's so much easier to get there rather than dealing with the harsh side effects of smoking the stuff. plus i'm impressed with how much longer the buzz lasts! very pleased!
