not regretting this purchase!
i’m new to such products, but so far i’m enjoying the experience. i take one when i want to relax tense muscles and sleep. oddly enough, before the ‘wind down’ effect gets too into gear, i feel like i can focus on tasks and thoughts a bit more- maybe as it helps me relax and destress a little? i don’t know what it is, but i’m definitely a return c not regretting this purchase!

excellent for a good nights sleep
