i use before bedtime, been having a horrible time getting to sleep. the added thc takes cbd to the next level. been sleeping soundly, wake up naturally, feet on the floor. no groggy mornings for me running for coffee, lol. love it!

after trying another brand with not so great results i was pleasantly surprised how well these actually work. great product just wish they were more affordable for a month’s supply.
