i didn't like the after taste of these gummies, they left a nasty taste in my mouth. i used them to help me sleep at night, but they didn't really do anything of the sort. i hope others have a better outcome than i did.

i have been finding cbd is helpful with my joint issues. with the gummies having 5mg thc i also feel the thc effects when i use them. sometimes that's perfect, sometimes i need to cut them in half. :)
