Update. I revised the review because these gummies aren’t as good as the last ones. I don’t get the relief 😮💨 I usually get from them.I slice a piece off at 5 pm and repeat until i don’t need anymore for my back pain. They are very good. Here lately i have had to use more and in the morning when i get up😭. I recommend them highly
